• From the decline of coal power to the rise of distributed generation,

the electric power industry is on the brink of massive transformation.

At Constant Energy, we aim to bridge the gap between clean,

distributed generation projects and private and public financing sources.

Big banks and large private equity firms typically focus on larger projects, leaving smaller, investable projects to be under capitalized or stranded. Constant Energy provides investors with access to this asset class with an eye toward

accelerating the deployment of clean, distributed energy resources.

By investing in customer-sited projects, we help avoid expensive utility infrastructure upgrades while improving energy resiliency, security, and business continuity.

    Projects with long-term contracts

Significant current income and upside potential.

    Proven, scalable technologies

Battery storage systems, natural gas gensets, and CHP.

    Risk mitigation

Meaningful contractual and other downside protections.

    Creditworthy customers.

Large commercial, industrial and small utility customers.
